YEHUDA RAVEH
Chairman of the board
Mr. Raveh is the founder of Yehuda Raveh & Co. law offices, one of Israel’s leading legal firms, with a specialty in real estate, infrastructure, finance, hospitality and banking.
Raveh is also the founder of Israel’s largest infrastructure fund – Israel Infrastructure Fund, which owns and manages $3B in assets, among which are some of the largest infrastructure projects in the country: Road 6, power plants, desalination plans, server farms, light train, and many more.
HAIM FEIGLIN
Member of the board
Mr. Feiglin is the CEO and co-founder of the public real estate company Zemach Hamerman Ltd., which focuses on real estate development and construction, mainly in Israel, with an annual volume of activity of hundreds of millions of NIS.
Under Feiglin’s leadership the company develops and constructs projects in a variety of markets: residential, commercial, offices, industry, hi-tech, public buildings, and infrastructure.
In addition, Feiglin serves in several public roles in the National Builders Association: Vice President, Chairman of the Haifa region and Chairman of the Development and Construction unit
SIVAN BERKOWITZ
Member of the board
Mr. Berkowitz is a co-founder of Zemach Hamerman Ltd. and the CEO and founder of Sivan Construction Ltd., a leading construction company in Israel.
Sivan Construction was founded with the purpose of performing large-scale construction projects for leading real estate developers. So far, the company has built over 5,000 residential units.
Although being a fully owned subsidiary of Zemach Hamerman Ltd., the company builds only for other real estate developers.
Berkowitz holds a MSc. in civil engineering from the Technion and a MA. in Construction Management.
NIR YANUSHEVSKY
Member of the board
Mr. Yanushevsky is the CEO of Yanushevsky Group Ltd. A company the focuses on real estate development and construction. In addition, Yanushevsky serves in several public roles in the National Builders Association: Vice President and Chairman of the Construction Unit, Chairman of the Safety Committee of the Int’ Builders Association, member of the Steering Committee of CONTEC (a national initiative to promote Construction Technology).
Yanushevsky holds a MA in Diplomacy and Security.
ORRY BEN-PORATH
Director General
Mr. Ben-Porath served in various leadership positions in Shikun & Binui Ltd., a leading real estate and construction group in Israel. He was the CEO of Shikun & Binui Water, and later became VP Innovation, Marketing and Sustainability and board member of group’s subsidiaries. Ben-Porath founded the first construction innovation program in Israel and together with ENEL and Shikun & Binui founded InfraLab – the first innovation lab dedicated to construction. Prior to Shikun & Binui, Ben-Porath served as a Senior Economic Advisor to President Shimon Peres. Ben-Porath holds a MA. In Public Administration and a BA in Economics.
DAVID AMOR
CFO
Mr. Amor is an accountant with a MBA, specializing in finance. In addition to his role with Built-in Tech, Mr. Amor is the CFO of Zemach Hamerman Ltd.
